I am back here after a significant break ( i know this happens with me often ) but i am planning to record whats there in my mind quiet often from here on.
I was provoked to get back into recording my thought process after going tru one of my colleagues wordpress blog which he keeps it updated religiously for 7 years now....
Of late, i have been realizing the importance of keeping your health fit ( i have to lose few kgs of weight though ) , keep your thoughts simple and lead a simple life.
I wanted to keep the habit of 20 mins morning walk consistent going forward.
I am also trying to achieve a good work life balance by keeping things in control in office and spending time back @ home in things which i like doing instead of getting online to do office work. I am still trying to master the art of time management.
