She was assigned the role of CEO of Yahoo and she is 60 years old! (hold ur breath) . Then i surfed the net to a get a hold of her history and after scanning through few pages, i could conclude that she is a 'no nonsense and straight forward' person and my interpretation got more convincing evidence via her weekly mails that she is sending out to yahoos worldwide. She is a very focussed leader and i just love the focus that she exhibits while taking a decision. She inspired me so much that i have decided to add her to my inspiring leader's list. Here is the list

1. Warren Buffett( guruji for all investors)

2. Ratan Tata

3. It was also my first flight experience and i had never been to the airport even once before that ;). So there were many first of kind of things during the trip.

I can even recollect the thrilled and excited mood that i was in from the moment i landed in mumbai till i returned back to bangalore. There were no words for me to explain the beauty of the city. It is HUGEEEE and the roads were damn WIDEEEE. I was wondering whether i am still in India coz North India is totally different from the places that i had been in south india(Chennai,Devakottai,Chidambaram).

I stayed in that beautiful city for 4 days and everything was new to me and i enjoyed every moment of it ( adventurous trip with my childhood friend - Muthu, visit to Big Bazaar, trip in the local trains(the most interesting one)).

I had promised my wife that i would take her to Mumbai to my sister's place. Once the recession is over, i can get back to touring the best places in the country ;).

From a career perspective, i would like to enter Mumbai as a Gurubhai and not as a visitor. It was very different to take the syllabus book and give a careful reading. Since i graduated, i had been reading books but not as a part of preparation for any exam. So it was also nostalgic, i was recollecting my hostel days when i used to prepare for my college semester exams. I used to get done with reading the syllabus well ahead of the others and go to bed by 9 pm irrespective of exam or non exam days. My friends used to start reading by 9 pm only and they read through out the night n manage to stay awake to write the exams in the morning also. I have also attempted to stay late in night but not for reading but jus for gossiping with classmates in the hostel corridor!! Those are the days which i would never forget. Those night chats at famous 'SNACK BAR' and mokka jokes!!I wish i go to my college n relive those moments once in a while!!Ok i have to go now for preparing for my exams tomorrow!

Started to work out!

For some time now, i was getting conscious on putting on weight and was planning to go to gym to lose some pounds but was not getting into a decisive mood to do so but last week i made up my mind and decided to spend an hour daily working out. I have a cool gym in my company which i have started to use it since a week now and its convenient for me since i need not take extra effort to go to a gym outside by allocating time n travelling.

Yesterday my master asked me to put weights and push ups. I keep track on all quarter earnings of my company and as such i am more interested in getting to know the performances of different companies and different businesses. I am particularly passionate about Y! and i believe that we have tremendous products and platform which can change the internet surfing experience but just that we don generate enough revenues out of them.
